A DealCloud Implementation.

it|venture successfully led the reimplementation of DealCloud for a global firm, delivering a new platform ahead of schedule, on budget, and meeting all project success criteria. The previous implementation lacked governance and platform ownership, resulting in a system deemed ineffective. Selected through an RFP process, it|venture first delivered tactical improvements, then redesigned and rebuilt the platform to support 1,500 users across 45 teams. Key achievements included reducing processes from 11 to 4 and decreasing user entry fields by 60%. The team coordinated all aspects of the rebuild, including data migration with under 24 hours of downtime.
