An eFront Implementation.
Our client, a leading global asset manager was implementing eFront to maintain their multi-strategy portfolio. Collaborating with their Real Estate team, we designed and implemented a solution which catered to the diverse needs of their portfolio of Real Estate collateralised loans, tracking Cash and Capitalised Interest arrangements, as well as flexible performance-based loan contracts. Working with both developing and operating assets across a spectrum of Real Estate sectors, we developed templates to collect the necessary KPIs across the portfolio, giving the manager a detailed view of each asset’s performance, in a way that resonated for that asset’s type and status.
