it|venture recognises that Modern Slavery is a crime and a violation of fundamental human rights. This includes slavery, servitude, forced and compulsory labour and human trafficking, all of which have in common the deprivation of a person’s liberty by another.

it|venture recognises and will abide by the Modern Slavery Act 2015. It adopts a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, human trafficking, all forms of servitude and forced and compulsory labour.

it|venture requires that all organisations and individuals with whom it engages ensure that their goods, materials and labour-related supply chains are:

• Fully compliant with the Modern Slavery Act 2015;
• Clear, transparent, accountable and auditable;
• Free from ethical ambiguities

it|venture reserves the right to terminate its relationship with other individuals and/or organisations whose code of ethics do not align with the legislation mentioned in this policy.
