A Dynamo Implementation.
Our client, a UK-based PE Investor, was using a legacy fund accounting platform which was reaching end of life. Recognising the need to replace this with a new solution, we supported them with the selection and subsequent implementation of Dynamo. Using our in-depth knowledge of their data, we extracted and transformed the data from the existing system into a format which could be loaded into Dynamo and collaborated with the client and Dynamo teams to load and reconcile in the new system. Subsequently, we developed and maintained key reporting outputs the team needed for their daily processes, ensuring these were available from Dynamo and their transition to using their new system was seamless.
